- Students will understand and actively perform concepts and principles of a healthy lifestyle through curriculum-based activities.
- Locomotor: hopping, skipping, jumping, galloping, jogging, sliding, and walking
- Manipulative: kicking, throwing, striking, and catching
- Activity Application: Student is able to perform locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative moves in activity.
- Students will understand that physical activity directly correlates to health, enjoyment, challenge, and positive self-expression through physical education concepts and community wellness opportunities.
